Pure Potential Enterprises, Inc. (PPE) is a national organization that was created and founded by Phyllis N. Coley in 2008. 

 

PPE was developed because there was a huge need for some direct information concerning entrance process. Many students and their parents were finding it harder and harder to navigate through the college entrance process because of so many misconceptions that are out there. Pure Potential Enterprises will actually guide a student and their parents through the whole college entrance process, step by step.
